Orbit Hop (“the game”) is made by Daniel Drabik Code Happens, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, and published on Google Play under the developer name CodeHappensGames. This policy explains what data is processed when you play.

Data we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal data ourselves. The game has no accounts, no servers and no online features. Your progress (best score, coins, unlocked skins, missions, settings) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device information and ad interaction data. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google’s consent form before any ad is requested; you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

In-app purchases

The optional “Remove ads” purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Jakie dane zbieramy

Sami nie zbieramy, nie przechowujemy ani nie przesyłamy żadnych danych osobowych. Gra nie ma kont, serwerów ani funkcji online. Postęp (rekord, monety, skórki, misje, ustawienia) jest zapisywany wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu i znika po odinstalowaniu gry.

Reklamy (Google AdMob)

Gra wyświetla reklamy Google AdMob. Aby je wyświetlać i mierzyć, Google może zbierać i przetwarzać dane, takie jak identyfikator reklamowy urządzenia, adres IP i przybliżona lokalizacja na jego podstawie, informacje o urządzeniu oraz interakcje z reklamami. W EOG, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii przed pierwszym żądaniem reklamy prosimy o zgodę w formularzu Google; decyzję możesz zmienić w dowolnym momencie w grze: Ustawienia → Ustawienia prywatności. Identyfikator reklamowy możesz zresetować lub usunąć w ustawieniach Androida.
